I've dedicated a significant amount of time to exploring various professional skincare lines to find the perfect match for both my clients and myself. Before making any commitments, I personally tested these products and had others try them as well. Through access to an exclusive forum hosting thousands of licensed estheticians and after thorough consideration, I am delighted to announce my collaboration with Moor Spa, Tuel and Esse.

I've teamed up with Moor Spa Skincare, an exceptional Canadian company renowned for its commitment to natural ingredients. Drawing inspiration from the wonders of nature, their skincare range features Austrian Moor, a potent plant complex renowned for its nourishing properties that promote skin vitality and radiance. By blending this revitalizing and purifying Moor complex with botanical-derived cosmeceuticals, herbal extracts, and pure essential oils, Moor Spa has established itself as a leader in spa industry safety. Their products are crafted without synthetic preservatives, parabens, sulfates, artificial colors, synthetic fragrances, or petroleum-derived chemicals, ensuring a pure and gentle skincare experience.
What types of skin conditions do I treat?
I specialize in addressing various skin concerns such as acne, fine lines, wrinkles, rosacea, hyperpigmentation, dehydration, compromised skin barriers, oil control issues, and sensitive skin. However, it's important to note that any conditions requiring prescription treatments must be evaluated and managed by a dermatologist.
How long does it take to see results?
Each person's skin is unique, meaning there's no universal solution. Typically, skin cell renewal cycles last about 28 days, so it might take 2-3 months to observe noticeable improvements in some instances. Remember, persistence is crucial—don't lose heart!
I'm pregnant, can I still have a consult?
Certainly! I'm able to design a skincare routine that is safe for use during pregnancy. In fact, all of Esse retail is pregnancy safe!
I live outside of Canada, can I still have a consult?
I'm available to offer a consultation and share my recommendations with you. Currently, I'm unable to ship internationally beyond Canada, but I can assist in locating a local professional who has access to the products I recommend. For further details, please reach out to me!

What is my cancellation/refund policy?
Regrettably, once payment has been processed, skincare product orders and services cannot be cancelled.
What is my return policy?
Considering the nature of our products, we do not facilitate returns. However, if you're interested in trying out sample sizes before committing to a full purchase, please don't hesitate to reach out to me!
*Sample sizes from Moor Spa are $4-6 and 0.5oz - 1 dram. Esse & Tue do not provide samples but we do have trial kits available.
How does shipping work?
After an order is made, it will be processed and dispatched to Purolator or Canada Post within 2-4 business days. Please be aware that orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
Esse Skincare products are shipped to our warehouse from South Africa and may have limited availability. In the event that an item you've ordered is out of stock, I can suggest a suitable alternative, process a refund, or provide you with an estimated waiting time for the next shipment arrival.
*Please allow additional days for processing during peak times (Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Holiday Season, etc.)
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
All orders within Canada are subject to a flat shipping fee of $15.00. The shipping costs for your order will be calculated and shown at checkout. Orders exceeding $100 (before tax) qualify for free shipping.
Please note, shipping is restricted to Canadian addresses only.
Shipment confirmation & order tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped which will contain a tracking number.
Damages
If you receive any damaged products, please contact me within 2 days of receiving your shipment and include photographs of the damage. This will allow me to initiate a claim promptly.
