This toner contains glycolic acid and witch hazel to help refresh, clarify and tone the skin.
 
Professional and Home Use: After cleansing, pour the Glycolic Toner onto cotton pads and apply on skin. Or spray evenly over face and pat dry (take care to cover the eyes while spraying). Follow with a Moisturizer of choice.
